Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These terms explain how I work with you. I wrote them in plain English so they are easy to read. By hiring WPBravo or paying for any service, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, ask me before you pay.

1. Who I am

WPBravo is run by Khokon, a WordPress consultant based in Purbachal, Dhaka, Bangladesh. WPBravo was formerly known as Rapidy IT. In these terms, “I”, “me” and “WPBravo” mean the same thing. “You” means the person or business hiring me.

You can reach me at hello@wpbravo.com or on WhatsApp at +880 1773-355998.

2. Quotes and scope

  • Every job starts with a written quote. The quote says what I will do and the price.
  • The quoted price is the final price for that scope. I do not add fees later.
  • If you ask for something outside the quote, I send a new price first. Nothing extra happens without your okay.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days.

3. Payment

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Payments are made through PayPal. I never see or store your card details.
  • Malware cleanup: paid before I start. If I cannot clean your site, you get a full refund.
  • Emergency fix: paid after your site works again. If I cannot fix it, you pay nothing.
  • Website design and redesign: 50% to start, 50% at launch.
  • Care plans and Watch: paid monthly in advance, renewing each month until you cancel.
  • If a payment is more than 14 days late, I may pause work until it is paid.

4. Malware removal and the 60 day guarantee

When I clean a hacked site, I remove the malware I find, close the backdoor, reset access and request removal of search engine and blacklist warnings.

If the same site gets infected again within 60 days after I finish, I clean it again for free. The guarantee does not cover reinfection caused by:

  • Pirated or nulled themes and plugins installed after the cleanup
  • Passwords shared, reused or not changed when I asked
  • Other sites on the same hosting account that I was not asked to clean
  • A hack of the hosting server itself
  • Security settings I added being removed or turned off

Google, browsers and blacklist companies decide when to remove a warning. I send the requests and follow up, but I cannot control their timing. The same applies to how long spam results take to leave Google after a Japanese keyword hack.

5. Emergency fixes

  • The $99 emergency fix covers one problem, up to 2 hours of work, including the backup, the fix and testing.
  • If the job is bigger, I stop and send you a price before doing more.
  • A hacked site is not an emergency fix. It is handled as a malware cleanup.
  • The “start within 2 hours” promise applies during my working hours, 08:00 to 24:00 Bangladesh time. Outside those hours, I start when my day begins.
  • The $49 advice call is credited toward any work you hire me for afterward.

6. Care plans

  • Plans are month to month. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month.
  • If you are not happy in your first 30 days, I refund your first month in full. This applies to the first month only.
  • Each plan includes a set number of fix hours per month. Unused hours do not carry over.
  • Extra work is $45 an hour. I always ask before going over your included hours.
  • Fix hours cover small jobs that keep your site working. New pages, new features, redesigns and large content changes are quoted separately.
  • Growth and Commerce include free hack cleanup after your first 30 days on the plan. Essential includes 50% off my standard cleanup price.
  • Reply times are counted during my working hours.
  • Plugin licenses, hosting and third party services are not included unless I say so in writing.

7. Website design and redesign

  • Timelines depend on you sending content, access and feedback on time. If you are delayed, the timeline moves too.
  • The design stage includes 2 rounds of revisions. More rounds are possible at a price I will tell you first.
  • The site, the content I write for you and the design become fully yours once the final payment is made.
  • Hosting and your domain are paid to your own providers and stay in your name.
  • The 30 days of support after launch cover fixing anything that does not work as agreed. New features are quoted separately.
  • Automations run on your site and on free tools. If you later need a paid tool, it goes on your own account.
  • Catering websites include Euqin Pro for the first year. After that, Euqin Pro renews at its current price, paid on euqin.com. If you do not renew, your website keeps working.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Give me the access I need to do the job, and keep your own copies of your passwords.
  • Make sure you have the right to use any content, images and logos you send me.
  • Reply within a reasonable time when I need a decision.
  • Tell me about anything on your site I should be careful with, like live orders or bookings.

9. Access and confidentiality

I treat your logins, files and business information as private. I use them only for the work you hired me for. When a job ends, I delete stored logins, and you should remove my user and change your passwords. I am happy to sign an NDA before I see private details.

10. Backups

I take a full backup before I change your site. On care plans, I keep backups as described in your plan. Backups are a safety net, not a guarantee that every change can be undone, so please also keep your own copies of anything important.

11. Limits of my responsibility

  • I do my best work on every job, but I cannot promise that a website will never be hacked or never break again.
  • I am not responsible for problems caused by your host, plugin or theme makers, or other third parties.
  • I do not promise specific Google rankings, traffic or sales.
  • I am not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data outside my work.
  • My total responsibility for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

12. Showing my work

I may show websites I built in my portfolio, unless you ask me not to. I never show or mention white label work, hacked site cleanups or client names without permission.

13. Ending our work

Either of us can end a project with written notice. You pay for work done up to that point, and I hand over everything completed. Care plans end as described in Section 6.

14. Law

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. If we ever disagree, we will first try to solve it by talking. If that does not work, the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh will decide.

15. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Work already paid for follows the terms that applied when you paid.
