This page explains what information I collect when you visit wpbravo.com or work with me, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. I keep it short and in plain English.
WPBravo is run by Khokon, a WordPress consultant based in Purbachal, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am responsible for the information described here. Contact: hello@wpbravo.com.
Your name, email address, website URL, the type of help you need and your message. I use this only to reply to you and do the work you ask for.
Your name, phone number or email, and what you send me, including screenshots. WhatsApp and email providers handle these messages under their own privacy policies.
Billing details needed for invoices, and access to your website, hosting or Google Search Console. Payments are processed by PayPal. I never see or store your full card details.
Basic technical data, like your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit. This comes from Google Analytics, Cloudflare and my hosting server logs.
I do not sell your information. I do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
These companies process some data for me. Each has its own privacy policy.
This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the site and security to work. Others, from Google Analytics, help me count visits. Where the law requires it, analytics cookies load only after you agree in the cookie banner. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
When you give me logins to your website, hosting or Search Console, I use them only for the job. I do not share them. When the job ends, I delete stored logins, and I ask you to remove my user and change your passwords. Files from your site are kept only as long as needed for the work and the guarantee period.
I work from Bangladesh, and the services above may store data in the United States, Europe or other countries. I use well known providers that protect data in line with their own policies and applicable laws.
You can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the European Union or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object and to complain to your local data authority. If you are in California, you have similar rights under California law. I do not sell personal information. To use any of these rights, email me at hello@wpbravo.com. I reply within 30 days.
This site and my services are for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Security is my job, so I take it seriously here too. This site uses HTTPS, a firewall, two factor login and regular updates. No system is perfect, but I work to keep your information safe.
If I change this policy, I update the date at the top. Big changes will also be noted on this page.
