First, is your site broken or hacked?

The two can look alike, but the fix is different. Here is a quick way to tell.

It is probably broken if

That is what this page is for. $99 flat.

It is probably hacked if

Not sure? Send it to me anyway. I will tell you which one it is before you pay anything.

WordPress emergencies I fix every week

If it runs on WordPress and it is broken, I can almost always fix it. These are the problems I see most often.

500 or 503 errors, or the site will not load at all
Site broke right after a plugin, theme or WordPress update
Locked out of the admin, or stuck in a login loop

Contact forms not sending email

warning or SSL problems
Layout broken in Elementor or another page builder
Site so slow it times out

Five things to try yourself first

Some emergencies take five minutes to fix on your own. If you are comfortable in your hosting panel, try these in order. If not, skip straight to me.

Before you change anything, take a backup from your hosting panel. Do not delete files.
1

Check your email for a recovery link

When WordPress hits a fatal error, it often emails the site admin a link that says “Your site is experiencing a technical issue.” That link opens your dashboard in recovery mode, so you can turn off the plugin that broke it.

2

Turn off all plugins at once

In your hosting file manager, open the wp-content folder and rename the plugins folder to plugins-old. If the site comes back, one plugin is the problem. Rename the folder back, then turn plugins on one at a time to find it.

3

Switch to a default theme

If plugins were not the problem, your theme might be. Renaming your active theme folder makes WordPress fall back to a default theme, if one is installed.

4

Clear every cache

Clear your caching plugin, your host cache and Cloudflare if you use it. Sometimes the fix is already done, but you are looking at an old copy.

5

Check with your host

Look at your host’s status page or ask their support. If the server is down, nothing on your side will help until they fix it.

Still broken? That is normal. Most emergencies need someone to read the error logs and the code. That is where I come in.

How my WordPress emergency support works

No tickets. No waiting in a queue. Here is what happens after you send me your site.

01

Tell me what broke

Send your site URL and what you see, on WhatsApp or the form. A screenshot helps a lot.

02

I start within 2 hours

During my working hours, I reply fast and start work within 2 hours. I take a full backup first.

03

I fix it and explain

I find the cause, fix it and test the site. Then I tell you what happened, in plain words, and how to stop it happening again.

04

You check, then you pay

When your site works again, I send you a payment link for $99. If I cannot fix it, you pay nothing.

Why $99 flat?

Emergency WordPress help usually comes in two kinds. Cheap gigs start around $30 to $60. But you often do not know who is working on your site. Some disappear when the problem gets hard. Agencies are reliable, but emergency fees often start at $150 to $300, plus an hourly rate.

I sit in between. You know exactly who is fixing your site. You know the price before I start. And if I do not fix it, you do not pay.

What $99 covers

One problem, up to 2 hours of work. Most emergencies take much less. If I find a bigger job, like a full rebuild, I stop and tell you the price first. You decide.

Just need advice?

If nothing is broken and you only want a second opinion, book a 30 minute call for $49. If you hire me afterward, the $49 comes off the price.

What I need from you

To fix your site fast, I need two kinds of access. I will send you a simple guide on how to share them safely.

WordPress admin

A WordPress admin login. You can create a new admin user just for me.

Hosting

Access to your hosting panel or FTP, so I can fix things when the dashboard will not load.

Safety

I never store your passwords after the job. When I finish, you delete my user and change your passwords, or I do it for you.

When I am available

I work from Dhaka, Bangladesh. That means I am awake when most US business owners are asleep, which is when many sites break.

From November to March, US times are one hour earlier. The 2 hour start time counts during these hours. Message me outside them, and I start first thing when my day begins.

Send it tonight. It is often fixed before your morning coffee.

Stop the next emergency before it happens

Most WordPress emergencies come from updates that were never tested, or from plugins nobody watched. A care plan fixes that. I test updates first, keep daily backups and fix small problems before they turn into big ones. Plans start at $79 a month, with no contract. Want to know what ongoing care should cost? See the maintenance cost guide.
